2. Rental Requirements

Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license held for minimum 3 years. A major credit card is required for security deposit and payment processing.

3. Vehicle Usage

Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with local traffic laws. Smoking, pets, and excessive wear are prohibited. Any damage will be charged according to our damage assessment policy.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of booking with full amount charged to provided credit card. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive full refund minus processing fee.

5. Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive insurance is included with all rentals. Additional coverage options are available. Renters remain responsible for deductibles and excluded damages.

6. Liability Limitations

DriveExplore's liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding rental fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
